石英称重传感器的输出信号中的温度漂移噪声是一阶或一阶以上连续的,而称重激励信号的变化是离散的。基于这两个显然不同的信号特征,本文作者提出了一种应用石英谐振称重传感器自身输出频率采样的差分值消除温度漂移造成的传感误差的方法,不采用任何其他的温度补偿元件和电路。这种方法还可以同时消除由于其他各种因素所产生的连续漂移噪声,噪声抑制精度可以由采样时间间隔确定。文中详细分析了差分方法抑制漂移噪声的原理,给出了相应的处理算法和在石英谐振称重传感器中应用和实验结果数据。
Quartz load cell output signal temperature drift noise is more than one order or more continuous, and the change of weighing excitation signal is discrete. Based on these two distinctly different signal characteristics, the authors propose a method to eliminate the sensing error caused by temperature drift by using the difference value of the output frequency of the quartz resonant load sensor sampled by itself, without using any other temperature compensating element and circuit . This method can also eliminate continuous drift noise caused by various other factors at the same time, and the noise suppression accuracy can be determined by the sampling time interval. In this paper, the principle of differential method to suppress drift noise is analyzed in detail. Corresponding processing algorithms and data of application and experimental results in quartz resonant load cell are given.
