目的:观察分析532 nm固体激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞的疗效。方法:将70例(70眼)视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者按照病程分为两组,病程>1个月、<3个月的早期组45例(45眼),病程>3个月、<2年的晚期组25例(25眼)。两组均采用532 nm固体激光治疗,比较分析两组患者激光治疗前后的视力情况及眼底荧光血管造影(fundus fluo-rescein angiography,FFA)情况。结果:激光治疗后,早期组45眼中,视力提高者36眼,不变者7眼,下降者2眼;晚期组25眼中,视力提高者10眼,不变者12眼,下降者3眼,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。激光治疗后FFA观察早期组与晚期组有效率分别为95.6%、88.0%,两组比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:532 nm固体激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞疗效肯定,能促进水肿、出血及渗出的吸收,减少无灌注区及新生血管的产生,预防并发症的发生,且早期患者激光治疗疗效优于晚期患者。
Objective: To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of 532 nm solid laser on retinal vein occlusion. Methods: Seventy eyes of 70 patients (70 eyes) with retinal vein occlusion were divided into two groups according to their course of disease. The course of disease was> 1 month. 45 cases (45 eyes) of early group <3 months, duration of disease> 3 months, <2 years The late group of 25 patients (25 eyes). 532 nm solid laser was used in both groups. The visual acuity before and after laser treatment and fundus fluo-rescein angiography (FFA) were compared between the two groups. Results: After laser treatment, among the 45 eyes in the early group, 36 eyes were improved, 7 eyes were unchanged and 2 eyes were descended. In the late group of 25 eyes, 10 eyes were improved, 12 eyes were unchanged, 3 eyes were decreased, The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The effective rates of FFA observation in early and late group after laser treatment were 95.6% and 88.0%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: 532 nm solid laser treatment of retinal vein occlusion affirmed positive, can promote the absorption of edema, hemorrhage and exudation, reduce non-perfusion area and neovascularization, prevention of complications, and early laser treatment is better than late patient.
