近来国内利用光电效应测量大鼠后肢动脉血压比以往经常采用的鼠尾容积法不仅准确而且方便。但是,这种方法仍然要靠肉眼观察特定指标和判定压力高度,而不能将指标和压力同时加以记录进行核对,这就很难排除工作上的差错。国外近年来发展了无创性可记录的测压方法。我们出于工作需要,在国内外经验的启发下,利用我们现有设备,试制了适用于清醒大鼠无创性可记录的测血压方法,现将初步结果报道如下。基本原理及实验装置如图1所示,将大鼠装入笼中,鼠尾置于两侧对称开窗的套筒内,一侧窗口朝向光电池,另一侧朝向电光源,并与自然光隔绝。通过加
Recently the use of photoelectric effect of measuring rat hindlimb arterial blood pressure than the conventional rat tail volume method is not only accurate and convenient. However, this method still has to rely on the naked eye to observe specific indicators and determine the pressure level, and can not be indicators and stress simultaneously recorded for verification, it is difficult to rule out errors in the workplace. In recent years, foreign non-invasive recordable manometry method developed. Inspired by domestic and foreign experience, we used our existing equipment to try out a non-invasive and recordable blood pressure measurement method for conscious rats. The preliminary results are reported below. The basic principle and experimental setup are shown in Fig. 1, the rats are loaded into the cage, the tail of the rat is placed in a sleeve with symmetrical windows opened on both sides, one side of the window faces the photocell and the other side faces the electric light source and is isolated from the natural light . Through
