旨在比较中风患者简单易行的站立位自动平衡能力测试和利用精密的测力平台在外部干扰下所作的平衡能力测试之间的关系。上肢自动平衡测试采取功能性伸达试验(Functional Reach Test,FRT)和手臂上举及伸达试验,测力平台采用TM平衡系统。 方法 受试者为20名偏瘫患者,年龄在35~79岁(=57.9±13.6),病程在28周内(=8.8±6.8),男12名,女8名,其中11名需用辅助器具。所有测试在同一段时间内由同一研究者随机在安静环境中进行,3种测试前均不作练习。
The purpose of this study was to compare the ease-of-standing self-balancing stand-alone test of stroke patients with the test of balance performance using a precision force-measuring platform under external disturbances. The upper limb auto-balance test adopts Functional Reach Test (FRT) and arms up and reach test, and the force balance platform adopts TM balance system. Methods The subjects were 20 hemiplegic patients aged 35 to 79 years (= 57.9 ± 13.6), with a course of 28 weeks (= 8.8 ± 6.8), 12 males and 8 females, 11 of whom needed assistive devices . All tests were performed at random by the same researcher in a quiet environment for the same period of time, and no exercise was done before the three tests.
