目的 探讨乳腺组织特异性基因hMAMmRNA作为检测乳腺癌微小转移指标的可能性。方法 采用RT PCR方法 ,检测hMAMmRNA在乳腺癌组织和相应癌旁正常乳腺组织 44例及胃癌、大肠癌、食管癌、肺癌、卵巢癌组织各 5例中的表达。分析hMAMmRNA表达与乳腺癌临床病理特点之间的关系。实验结果进行统计学处理。结果 44例乳腺癌组织和相应癌旁组织中均表达hMAMmRNA ,其中有 5 6 .82 % (2 5 /4 4 )癌组织相对正常组织呈高表达 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而胃癌、大肠癌、食管癌、肺癌、卵巢癌均无表达。hMAM在乳腺癌组织和其它癌组织中的表达有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。hMAM表达与乳腺癌病理类型、临床分期、ER、PR状态无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 hMAMmRNA作为乳腺癌组织特异性标志物 ,可能成为检测乳腺癌微小转移的指标。
Objective To investigate the possibility of breast tissue-specific hMAM mRNA as a marker for detection of micrometastasis in breast cancer. Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of hMAM mRNA in 44 cases of breast cancer and its adjacent normal breast tissues, and in 5 cases of gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer and ovarian cancer. The relationship between hMAM mRNA expression and clinicopathological features of breast cancer was analyzed. The experimental results were statistically processed. Results The expression of hMAM mRNA was detected in 44 cases of breast cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues. Of these, 5 6 82% (2 5 /4 4) of cancer tissues showed high expression relative to normal tissues (P > 0.05). Colorectal cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer, and ovarian cancer were all absent. There was a significant difference in the expression of hMAM between breast cancer tissues and other cancer tissues (P < 0.01). There was no correlation between hMAM expression and pathological type, clinical stage, ER and PR status of breast cancer (P > 0.05). Conclusions hMAM mRNA, as a tissue specific marker of breast cancer, may be an indicator for the detection of micrometastasis in breast cancer.
