职业经理人在我国属于一个新兴的阶层,但近几年来,职业经理人跳槽现象已成了十分普遍的现象,这令民营企业家(主)们十分头疼。因此,研究职业经理人为何跳槽,进而制定相应措施约束职业经理人的跳槽行为,就显得十分必要。需要明确的是,本文研究的职业经理人,是对民营企业的经营管理和长远发展起决定作用的民营企业高层管理人员,他与一般管理人员、民营企业家是有区别的。所谓职业经理人,就是民营企业所有者代理人,他们掌握着或在很大程度上行使着民营企业经营管理的职能,对所有者负责,但因为不是民营企业的所有者,从而不承担经营风险。
