党的十七届六中全会报告明确指出;“建设宏达文化人才队伍,为社会主义文化的繁荣大发展提供有力人才支撑。”充分表明中央对文化队伍建设的认识达到一个全新的高度。近年来,在党和政府的高度重视下,日照市的基层群众文化整体呈现出良好的发展态势,为日照市的经济社会建设的发展起到了重要的作用。本文以基层群众文化队伍建设现状为依据,对如何加强群众文化队伍建设谈几点自己的看法。

Based on the status quo of grass-roots mass culture team building, this article discusses how to strengthen the mass cultural team building.
