设计并论证了一种小型化偏振保持型(PM)1×4磁光光开关。阐述并分析了器件结构及开关原理,对器件的接入损耗、通道串扰、偏振消光比等参数进行了仿真,论证了设计的可行性。
A miniaturized polarization maintaining (PM) 1 × 4 magneto-optical switch is designed and demonstrated. The structure and switching principle of the device are described and analyzed. Parameters such as access loss, channel crosstalk and polarization extinction ratio of the device are simulated and the feasibility of the design is demonstrated.
