目的:为各种原因引起的阴茎短小尤其是烧伤后瘢痕粘连或牵拉引起的阴茎短小畸形提供一种良好的治疗方法。方法:采用耻骨联合上半部切断阴茎浅韧带，必要时部分切断深悬韧带的方法进行延长，创面用阴囊皮瓣或移植皮片覆盖。结果:42例患者手术效果满意，延长长度为3.5～5cm。结论:采用阴囊皮瓣覆盖的阴茎海绵体，外形满意，且血运丰富，感觉好，是较为理想的手术方法。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a good treatment for various causes of short penis, especially post-burn scar adhesions or traction caused short penis deformity. Methods: The upper half of the pubic symphysis was used to cut off the shallow ligaments of the penis. If necessary, the method of partial dilatation of the deep suspensory ligament was prolonged. The wound was covered with a scrotal skin flap or graft skin flap. Results: 42 cases of patients with satisfactory results, extended length of 3.5 ~ 5cm. Conclusion: The scrotum flap covered by the cavernous cavernous, satisfactory shape, and rich in blood supply, feel good, is an ideal surgical method.
