探讨无创血压在下肢的可行性、实用性并分析其与上肢血压的关系。方法:100 位受试者于平卧下接受试验:以宽13cm 、长65cm 充气袖套分次测量上臂、大腿、小腿三处血压,并测量各处周径。以均值记录周径、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均压(MAP),同时询问受试者测试时的感觉。结果:小腿与上臂周径近似,而大腿明显粗于上臂、小腿,大腿处SBP、MAP高于上臂(P< 0.01),小腿与上臂SBP、DBP、MHP相比无明显差异(P> 0.05),且相关性更好。在小腿测压受试者无不适感,而在大腿和上臂测压均有不同程度胀痛。结论:平卧时,在袖套与测试部位周径比例合适的情况下,上下肢血压在数值上无明显差异。
To investigate the feasibility and practicability of noninvasive blood pressure in the lower extremities and to analyze its relationship with upper extremity blood pressure. Methods: 100 subjects were tested in the supine position. The upper arm, thigh and lower leg were measured in three steps with a wide 13cm wide and 65cm inflatable cuff. Weeks, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and mean pressure (MAP) were recorded as mean values, and the sensations of subjects were also tested. Results: The calf and upper arm circumference were similar, while the thigh was significantly thicker than the upper arm, calf and thigh SBP, MAP was higher than the upper arm (P <0.01), leg and upper arm SBP, DBP, MHP no significant difference (P> 0.05), and the correlation is better. In the calf pressure test subjects without discomfort, but in the thigh and upper arm pressure measurement have varying degrees of pain. Conclusion: In supine, there is no significant difference in blood pressure between the upper and lower limbs when the ratio of cuff to the test site is suitable.
