当心肌血流正常时,花生四烯酸的代谢产物花生酸类物质(eicosanoids)如血栓素A_2(TXA_2)和半胱氨酰白三烯是炎症的介体和高效的血管收缩物质。在急性心肌梗塞时,这些物质释放会加重心肌的低灌流状态。但未有人研究急性心肌梗塞时,这些物质的缩血管作用。作者用戊巴比妥麻的猪作实验,开胸用套索控制冠脉血流,以电磁流量计测冠脉血流量。结果发现,在心肌灌流正常时,注入 TXA_2的类似物 U46619 10μg后,冠脉流量明显减少(由55±4ml/分降到25±2ml/分)。如将套索拉紧,使冠脉流量减少50~70%时,再注
When myocardial blood flow is normal, arachidonic acid metabolites eicosanoids such as thromboxane A 2 (TXA 2) and cysteinyl leukotriene are mediators of inflammation and highly effective vasoconstrictors. In acute myocardial infarction, the release of these substances will aggravate myocardial hypotonic state. But no one has studied the vasoconstrictive effects of these substances when acute myocardial infarction.
