以煤泥为原料,采用超细研磨和表面修饰技术,制备了有机化煤泥粉体。采用X射线衍射测试仪、粒度分析仪、接触角测定仪和松容重测试等进行表征。研究结果表明:磨剥改性不仅增强了煤泥的疏水性,而且降低了煤泥粒径,其接触角和中位粒径分别为118.30°和1.82μm。有机化煤泥粉体对聚乙烯材料具有良好的补强性能,当填充量为10%时,复合材料的屈服强度和断裂强度较纯聚乙烯分别从12.1和16.9MPa提高到了13.0和19.8MPa。
Slime as raw material, the use of ultrafine grinding and surface modification technology, preparation of organic slime powder. X-ray diffraction tester, particle size analyzer, contact angle measuring instrument and bulk density test were used to characterize. The results show that the grinding and peeling modification not only enhance the hydrophobicity of slime, but also reduce the particle size of coal slime. The contact angle and median particle size are 118.30 ° and 1.82 μm, respectively. Organic coal slime powder has good reinforcing property to polyethylene material. When the filling amount is 10%, the yield strength and breaking strength of the composite material increase from 12.1 and 16.9MPa to 13.0 and 19.8MPa respectively.
