通辽图书馆项目存在楼板局部不连续、侧向刚度不规则、扭转不规则、尺寸突变、局部不规则等多项不规则,属超限工程。针对超限特点,采用PMSAP和MIDAS/Gen两种软件,对主体结构进行了多遇地震、设防地震和罕遇地震作用下的性能分析,从计算结果来看,结构抗震性能良好,主要控制指标均满足规范要求。基于性能化抗震设计,根据构件的重要性提出不同的性能化目标,采取相应的加强措施。
