４２例成人急性感染后肾小球肾炎呈肾炎综合征和肾病综合征表现者分别为５９．５３％、４０．４７％，一过性氮质血症４２．８５％。肾活检病理类型：ＭｓＰＧＮ２８．１５％，ＭＬ２３．０％，ＥｎＰＧＮ和系膜ＩｇＡＮ均１６．６６％，ＭＣＤ、ＭＰＧＮ和ＣＧＮ各为４．７６％。经治疗半年内治愈率为８０．４８％。
Glomerulonephritis in 42 adults with acute nephritis was nephritic syndrome and nephrotic syndrome were 59.53%, 40.47%, 42.85% of transient azotemia. The renal biopsy pathological types: MsPGN28.15%, ML23.0%, EnPGN and mesangial IgAN were 16.66%, MCD, MPGN and CGN each were 4.76%. After six months of treatment cure rate was 80.48%.
