河北省19所医院自1976年1月～1985年12月共收治泌尿外科病人22,537例,其中泌尿系肿瘤1,642例,男性生殖系肿瘤736例,各占泌尿外科住院总人数的9.3％和4.1％。一、泌尿系肿瘤 1.肾肿瘤427例,男性278例,女性149例,男:女为1.9:1。肿瘤发生在左侧者223例,右侧者199例,双侧者1例。肾癌和肾盂癌的发病年龄多为中老年,40岁以上的占84.4％,肾胚胎瘤患儿的年龄最小50天,最大15岁,以5岁以内儿童占多
