目的:建立溶栓胶囊的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(25:75),流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为250 nm,柱温为25℃。结果:溶栓胶囊中葛根素的含量在0.2136~1.2816μg的范围内,有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.91%,RSD为1.09%。结论:该方法操作易行,稳定可靠。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of thrombolytic capsules. METHODS: The mobile phase was Agilent-C 18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-water (25:75) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 and a detection wavelength of 250 nm The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The content of puerarin in thrombolytic capsules was in the range of 0.2136 ~ 1.2816μg with a good linear relationship, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.91% and the RSD was 1.09%. Conclusion: The method is easy to operate, stable and reliable.
