目的:探讨知己健康管理对慢性疲劳综合征患者的效果。方法:选择2016年温州市中医院及温州市第七人民医院就诊的慢性疲劳综合征患者76例为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各38例。观察组患者给予知己健康管理干预,包括运动干预、心理干预、饮食干预等,对照组患者予以常规干预。比较两组患者干预后运动量指标变化、焦虑评分、抑郁评分。结果:干预6个月及1年,观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);运动量指标较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:知己健康管理对慢性疲劳综合征患者的管理效果明显,可缓解患者心理压力,提高运动量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of confidante health management on patients with chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods: Seventy-six patients with chronic fatigue syndrome treated by Wenzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Wenzhou Seventh People’s Hospital in 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. Observation group patients were given confidante health management intervention, including exercise intervention, psychological intervention, dietary intervention, the control group of patients to be routine intervention. The changes of exercise index, anxiety score and depression score were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results: Six months and one year after intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The exercise index was significantly improved compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The self-administered health management of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome has obvious effect of management, which can relieve the psychological pressure and increase the amount of exercise.
