梳形共聚物超塑化剂的效率和效能在很大程度上取决于侧链长度。然而,已有研究主要集中在共聚物侧链长度对吸附和分散的影响。事实上侧链长度对水泥悬浮体早期性能,尤其是水泥早期水化有相当大的影响。用总有机碳分析仪、热分析仪、微量热仪和环境扫描电镜研究了共聚物侧链长度对水泥浆体吸附和早期水化行为的影响规律。结果表明:长侧链梳形共聚物不但加速了水泥早期水化速率,而且改变了水化产物的晶体形貌。
The efficiency and effectiveness of the comb copolymer superplasticizer depends largely on the side chain length. However, previous studies have mainly focused on the influence of the side chain length of the copolymer on adsorption and dispersion. In fact the length of the side chains has a considerable impact on the early properties of cement suspensions, especially the early hydration of cement. The influence of copolymer side chain length on the adsorption and early hydration of cement paste was studied by TOC, thermal analyzer, microcalorimeter and environmental scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the long side chain comb copolymer not only accelerated the early hydration rate of cement, but also changed the crystal morphology of hydration products.
