国内高速铁路快速发展.高速道岔得到广泛应用。目前国内许多地区普遍存在路基沉降问题,导致了道岔区段轨道线形发生较大变化。通过对沪昆高铁金山北站岔区平纵断面调整技术研究,提出解决高速道岔因沉降引发平纵断面大值变化的解决方案。建立沉降数据库,开发道岔垫板并制定线形调整方案,分析调整前后轨道几何状态观测数据,评估验证了调整方案的实际效果。
Rapid development of domestic high-speed railway. High-speed turnout has been widely used. At present, the subsidence of roadbed is common in many parts of China, resulting in great changes of the orbital linearity in the turnout section. Through the research on the adjustment technology of the plane longitudinal section of the turnout area of the Jinshanbei station in Shanghai-Kunming high-speed rail, a solution is proposed to solve the large-value change of the high-speed turnout caused by settlement. The establishment of the settlement database, the development of the switchboard mat and the development of linear adjustment program, the analysis of orbital geometry before and after the adjustment of the observed data, the assessment verified the actual effect of the adjustment program.
