采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了聚酰胺6(PA6)基体在氯化钙(CaCl2)和环氧树脂E51作用下的非等温结晶行为。结果表明:当PA6中分别加入CaCl2和E51后,其结晶行为均受到限制。其中CaCl2对PA6的结晶受限作用随其用量的增加而递增,E51对PA6的结晶受限作用则随其用量的增加先增强后减弱;当PA6中同时加入CaCl2和E51时,由于二者之间产生拮抗作用,其对PA6的结晶受限作用较二者单独添加时有所减弱。
The non-isothermal crystallization behavior of polyamide 6 (PA6) matrix under the action of CaCl2 and epoxy resin E51 was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results showed that when CaCl2 and E51 were respectively added to PA6, the crystallization behavior was restricted. Among them, the effect of CaCl2 on the crystallization restraint of PA6 increased with the increasing of its dosage, while the crystallization restraining effect of E51 on PA6 increased first and then decreased with the increase of its dosage. When CaCl2 and E51 were added simultaneously in PA6, Antagonistic effect between the PA6 crystallization of its limited role than the two when added alone weakened.
