比较两组患儿改良疼痛行为量表(modified behavioral pain scale,MBPS)评分和改良儿童牙科焦虑面部表情量表(a face version of the modified child dental anxiety scale,MCDASf)评分。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the application of the buprenorphine hydrochloride gel in children with dental amblyopia. Methods: One hundred and ten children were randomly divided into two groups. In the experimental group, 56 cases were treated with topical anesthesia by injection of buprenorphine hydrochloride and articaine epinephrine. The control group (n = 54) was anesthetized by injection of articaine epinephrine. The scores of modified behavioral pain scale (MBPS) and a face version of the modified child dental anxiety scale (MCDASf) were compared between the two groups. Results: In the experimental group, 55 cases completed the treatment, and 48 cases in the control group completed the treatment. The scores in the control group were significantly higher than those in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.001). CONCLUSION: Aconazole hydrochloride gel can reduce the pain when anesthetic injection and alleviate the fear of children, which is suitable for clinical application.
