提出了基于270 V航空高压直流电源系统的永磁同步电机起动发电系统的设计方案,建立了永磁同步电机一体化模型,采用矢量控制及最大转矩/电流比控制方式实现电动机与发电机的控制,采用空间矢量脉宽调制控制的双向变流器完成电源变换,实现了航空发动机快速起动、永磁电机起动到发电的平稳转换以及270 V高压直流电源输出。仿真研究表明系统的起动时间短、动态过程性能好,且高压直流电源的纹波在2%之内,达到了航空高压直流电源的技术要求。
The design scheme of permanent magnet synchronous motor starter and generator system based on 270 V high voltage direct current power supply system was proposed. The integrated model of permanent magnet synchronous motor was established. The vector control and maximum torque / current ratio control mode Control, the use of space vector pulse width modulation control of the bidirectional converter to complete the power conversion, to achieve aeroengine fast start, permanent magnet motor starting to generate stable power conversion and 270 V high-voltage DC power output. The simulation results show that the starting time of the system is short, the dynamic process performance is good, and the ripple of the HVDC power supply is within 2%, which meets the technical requirements of the aviation HVDC power supply.
