目的探讨水下冲击伤后血糖的变化特点及其与肺损伤的关联分析。方法成年杂种犬29只,分为3组,分别垂直于水面布放于离爆心10.36m(A组,12只)、12.79m(B组,12只)和15.25m(C组,15只)处。爆心置TNT炸药,于水下3m爆炸。分别检测各组别犬伤前、伤后1、4、24小时等时相点血糖水平,同时观察动物肺损伤情况,利用SPSS13.0软件对结果进行统计分析。结果水下冲击伤后各组别、各时相点血糖水平变化显著,多集中于伤后1小时;伤后1小时血糖水平与肺伤情有一定关联性。结论水下冲击伤后血糖水平的变化值得特别关注,并可在一定程度上有效预测肺伤情的发展。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of blood glucose changes after underwater impact injury and its correlation with lung injury. Methods 29 adult mongrel dogs were divided into three groups and were placed perpendicular to the water surface in the area of 10.36 m (A group, 12 rats), 12.79 m (B group, 12 rats) and 15.25 m (C group, 15 rats) Department. Explosive heart set TNT explosives, underwater explosion 3m. The levels of blood glucose at 1, 4, 24 hours after injury in each group were detected respectively. The lung injury in animals was also observed. The results were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results After the underwater injury, the blood glucose levels of each group were significantly changed at each time point, most of them focused on 1 hour after injury. The blood glucose level at 1 hour after injury was related to the injury of the lungs. Conclusion The changes of blood glucose level after underwater shock injury deserve special attention, and it can predict the development of lung injury to a certain extent.
