目的:阐明冰片开放血脑肿瘤屏障(blood-brain tumor barrier,BTB)程度与H_2受体表达情况的相关性。方法:建立C6、RG2和9L大鼠颅内移植瘤模型,测定各移植瘤模型鼠冰片灌胃后各组脑肿瘤组织伊文氏蓝含量,免疫组化法检测各组移植瘤模型鼠脑肿瘤组织H_2受体表达情况。结果:伊文氏蓝含量C6组高于RG2组(P<0.05),C6组与9L组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),RG2组与9L组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);C6组H_2受体在阳性面积、平均光密度、总光密度均高于RG2组(P<0.05),C6组H_2受体平均光密度与9L组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),RG2组H_2受体平均光密度与9L组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:冰片开放BTB的程度与H_2受体平均光密度呈较好的相关性。
Objective: To elucidate the correlation between the degree of blood-brain tumor barrier (BTB) and the expression of H 2 receptor in open borneol. Methods: The C6, RG2 and 9L rat models of intracranial xenografts were established. The content of Evans blue in each group of tumor tissues was measured after the mice were transplanted with borneol. The expression of IL-10 in brain tumor tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. H 2 receptor expression. Results: The Evans blue content in C6 group was higher than that in RG2 group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between C6 group and 9L group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between RG2 group and 9L group (P> 0.05). The positive area, average optical density and total optical density of H 2 receptor in C6 group were significantly higher than those in RG2 group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in average optical density of H 2 receptor between C6 group and 9L group (P> 0.05) The mean optical density of H 2 receptor in group 9L was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: There is a good correlation between the degree of open BTB and the average optical density of H 2 receptor.
