为应对我国老龄化状况,提高老年人生活质量。本文就老年人运动功能膝关节而言,分析:健身走、太极、竞走、毽球四种不同运动对老年人膝关节的影响。结论:健身走可以提高老年人膝关节力量,改善膝关节疼痛、关节不灵活状况;太极拳增强老年人膝关节本体感觉能力;竞走可以提高老年人股直肌和股四头肌肌力与活动状态,毽球可以提高老年人下肢力量和身体协调性,增强膝关节活动能力。
In response to China’s aging situation, improve the quality of life of the elderly. In this paper, the elderly knee function analysis, exercise: walking, Tai Chi, walking, shuttlecock four different sports on the knee in elderly patients. Conclusion: Walking can improve the strength of the knee in the elderly, improve knee pain and joint flexibility. Tai Chi can enhance the sensory ability of the knee in the elderly. Walking can improve the strength and activity of the rectus femoris and quadriceps in the elderly State, shuttlecock can improve the elderly lower extremity strength and body coordination, and enhance knee activity.
