通过在共晶、过共晶Al-Si合金中加入元素Bi的试验.研究了Bi元素对高硅合金的影响。Bi在Al-Si合金中形成Al-Si-Bi多元合金,具有偏晶转变的结晶特点,由于Bi的物理性能及在Al-Si合金中的不溶性、自润滑性,并以高弥散游离态分布于基体中使Al-Si合金的尺寸稳定性和耐磨性得到较大提高。
By adding elemental Bi to the eutectic, hypereutectic Al-Si alloy, the effect of Bi on the high-silicon alloy has been studied.
