广西植物研究所同中国医学科学院药物所协作,于1977年首次从少年红植物中分离出少年红皂甙。它是从紫金牛科植物新种少年红(Ardisia alyxiaefoliaTsing)中提取的三萜皂甙,具有较好的平喘作用,是一种新的化合物。经水解和硅柱层析,得到原甙元(结晶甲)和次生甙元(结晶乙)。根据熔点、光谱及衍生物制备的实验结果,结晶甲与 R.Tschesche 等从 Cyclamen S.P.中得到的 Cyclamiretin A 一致;结晶乙与 CyclamiretinD 一致。糖的部分,经纸层检定含有葡萄糖、鼠李糖
The Institute of Botany, Guangxi, collaborated with the Institute of Medicine of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences to isolate juvenile red saponin from juvenile red plants for the first time in 1977. It is a triterpenoid saponin extracted from Ardisia alyxiaefolia Tsing. It has a good anti-asthmatic effect and is a new compound. After hydrolysis and silica column chromatography, the original aglycone (crystal A) and secondary aglycone (crystal B) were obtained. Based on the melting point, spectra, and experimental results of the preparation of the derivatives, the crystalline formazan is consistent with the Cyclamiretin A obtained from Cyclamen S.P. by R.
