通过对前混合和后混合磨料射流能量传递过程和切割过程的分析,得出了前混合和后混合磨料射流切割能力的数学关系。通过前混合和后混合磨料射流切割的实验验证了其方程结果。得出了在相同输入条件下前混合磨料射流的切割能力是后混合的10倍以上的结果。
By analyzing the energy transfer process and cutting process of the front mixed and rear mixed abrasive jet, the mathematical relationship between the cutting ability of the front mixed and the rear mixed abrasive jet was obtained. The results of the equation were validated by experiments of pre-mixed and post-mixed abrasive jet cutting. The results show that the cutting ability of the front mixed abrasive jet under the same input conditions is more than 10 times of the post-mixing.
