设计了两层薄板的热等静压(HIP)扩散连接试样,结合超声波在多层介质中的传播特性,分析检测过程中超声波在试样中的声压透射率及能量损失情况,采用以色列ISONIC2006型超声仪器对试样进行了检测实验,并进行了主要技术参数的选择。结果表明:常规超声回波法能够检测出金属薄板HIP连接试样的界面缺陷,且当探头频率为15MHz,声程为6mm,延迟为8.3μs时,该方法的检测精度为1.0mm。
A two-layer HIP diffusion bonded specimen was designed. Based on the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic waves in multi-layer media, the sound pressure transmissivity and energy loss of the ultrasonic waves in the sample were analyzed. ISONIC2006 ultrasonic instrument on the sample was tested, and the main technical parameters of the choice. The results show that the conventional ultrasonic echo method can detect the interfacial defects of the HIP connection sheet metal, and the detection accuracy of the method is 1.0mm when the probe frequency is 15MHz, the acoustic path is 6mm and the delay is 8.3μs.
