提出一种多通道光纤表面等离子体共振(SPR)光谱成像实时监测系统,利用iHR550成像光谱仪和Synapse面阵CCD(1 024pixels×256pixels)并行采集多个独立检测通道完整的光谱信息,保持单通道SPR传感器高分辨率优势的同时实现多通道检测。基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器,开发了控制iHR550成像光谱仪衍射光栅转台转动,Synapse CCD分区域数据处理和SPR数据处理的实时监测系统。
A real-time multi-channel optical fiber surface plasmon resonance (SPR) imaging system with real-time monitoring system is proposed. By using iHR550 imaging spectrometer and Synapse area array CCD (1024 × 256 pixels), the complete spectral information of multiple independent detection channels is collected in parallel, Multi-channel detection of sensor high-resolution advantages at the same time.
