班组管理不外乎两个对象:一是“事”的对象,即管事;二是“人”的对象,即管人。管理的对象既然不同,那么班组长对不同对象管理的思想与方式也应该有所区别,使之具有针对性与可行性,这样才能使班组管理达到较高的绩效。那么,班组长对不同对象管理的思想与方式应该有什么样的区别呢?抽象归纳简言之——对“事”的管理,班组长应该用“心”即理性面对;对“人”的管理,班组长应该用“情”即感性面对。
