去年投资运行八大特点2006年,北京市固定资产投资保持平稳增长态势,总体运行态势良好,投资运行主要呈现以下几个特点:一是投资总量保持合理增长。在国家宏观调控政策和我市连续“两个转移、五个倾斜”措施的带动下,全市投资结构继续趋于优化。1-10月全市完成全社会固定资产投资2378．7亿元,同比增长21．9％,预计全年完成固定资产投资3350亿元,增长18．5％左右。
Eight Major Features of Investment Operation in 2006 In 2006, the investment in fixed assets in Beijing maintained a steady growth with a good overall operation. The investment operation mainly showed the following features: First, the total investment volume maintained a reasonable growth. Driven by the national macro-control policies and the continuous “two shifts and five inclinations” measures in our city, the investment structure of the city continued to be optimized. From January to October, the city completed a total investment of 237.87 billion yuan in fixed assets, an increase of 21.9% over the same period of last year. It is estimated that the fixed asset investment will be 335 billion yuan, up by 18.5%.
