’99高考历史试题在保持近年来改革成果的基础上,继续坚持历史主体知识与历史学科能力的考查方向,在考试内容、题型结构、命题重心等方面进行了一系列改革和调整,体现了突出史实,注重综合能力、强调创新、加强学科渗透等六大特点。第一、调整试卷结构,题型设置简约。题型和试卷结构的调整,是命题改革的反映。今年在这方面迈出了较大的步伐。首先,降低了客观题的比重,将’98的选择题81分降低到74分;扩大了主观题的分值,在保持材料解析题分值不变的基础上,加大“素质非常好”的问答题分值,由2题33分增为3题40分。这一调整,贯彻了教育部关于推进素质教育和加强综合能力考查的指示;同时,也保持了与其他学科的平衡和一致。
On the basis of maintaining the results of recent reforms, the ’99 college entrance examination history test questions continue to adhere to the examination direction of historical subject knowledge and historical disciplines. A series of reforms and adjustments have been made in the contents of examinations, the structure of questions, and the focus of propositions. First, adjust the structure of the test paper, and set the type of questions to be simple. The adjustment of the question type and paper structure is a reflection of the propositional reform. This year has taken a big step in this area. First, it reduced the proportion of objective questions, reduced the ’98 multiple-choice score of 81 to 74 points, expanded the subjective score, and increased the “very good quality” on the basis of keeping the scores of material analysis questions unchanged. The score of question and answer questions was increased from 2 questions 33 points to 3 questions 40 points. This adjustment implements the instructions of the Ministry of Education on promoting quality education and strengthening comprehensive ability examinations. At the same time, it also maintains balance and consistency with other disciplines.
