产品在市场上的竞争优势靠的是质量,产品生产不能只满足于国家标准,要制定出用户满意、企业能接受且严于国家标准的企业内控标准,把用户的满意度作为衡量产品质量的标准,产品才能被市场认可。我公司是用电石渣生产水泥的大型企业,在人们还没有完全认同电石渣制水泥质量的情况下,我们在走访用户和了解市场的基础上,结合企业实际制定了企业内控标准。但是,有了企业内控标准,不等于产品就没有问题,通过用户反馈的意见,能帮助我们查找存在的问题和差距,提升产品质量。本文介绍几例对用户反馈意见的处理过程。
