分别用磷酸盐缓冲液(pH8.0)和硼酸盐缓冲液(pH8.2)提取赤小豆种子中的蛋白质,结果表明,磷酸盐缓冲液对赤小豆种子蛋白质的提取效果较好。
Phosphate buffer (pH 8.0) and borate buffer (pH 8.2) were used to extract the protein from the red bean seed. The results showed that the phosphate buffer solution had better effect on the protein extraction of the red bean seed.
