目的:研究常春卫矛提取物(EH)和爬行卫矛提取物(EF)的止血消瘀作用。方法:将小鼠随机分成8组,分别设EH和EF的高、中、低剂量(32.0,16.0,8.0 g·kg-1)组,阿斯匹林(100 mg·kg-1)组和空白组,ig,采用毛细玻璃管法测量小鼠凝血时间;将小鼠随机分为9组,分别设EH和EF的高、中、低剂量组,空白组,模型组,复方扶芳藤合剂(百年乐)(5.2 g·kg-1)组,建立血虚小鼠模型,观察小鼠WBC,RBC,Hb的变化;将大鼠随机分成9组,分别设EH和EF的高、中、低剂量组,空白组,模型组,复方丹参片(0.6 g·kg-1)组,ig,建立急性血瘀证大鼠模型,观察EH和EF对大鼠血液流变学指标的影响。结果:EH高、中剂量组和EF高剂量组能显著延长凝血时间;百年乐及EF高、中剂量组对WBC,RBC数及Hb有明显增加趋势;EH高、中剂量组能明显降低急性“血瘀”证大鼠全血黏度和血浆黏度,红细胞刚性指数,高剂量组还能降低红细胞压积、血沉和TC、TG含量,EF高、中剂量组降低全血黏度和血浆黏度、血沉、全血还原黏度,高剂量还能降低红细胞刚性指数、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积及TG含量。结论:EH和EF均具有抗凝血和活血化瘀作用。
Objective: To study the hemostatic and blood stasis effect of Changchun Erythroculter’s extract (EH) and crawling ewer’s extract (EF). Results: The clotting time was significantly prolonged in EH high dose group and high dose EF group. The concentrations of WBC, RBC and Hb were significantly increased in the BLE and EF high and middle dose groups. The EH high and middle dose groups could significantly reduce the acute Blood viscosity and plasma viscosity, erythrocyte rigidity index and high dose group of rats with “blood stasis” syndrome also reduced hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and TC, TG content, and EF high and middle dose groups decreased whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity , Erythrocyte sedimentation rate, whole blood reducing viscosity, high dose can also reduce the erythrocyte rigidity index, erythrocyte aggregation index, hematocrit and TG content. Conclusion: Both EH and EF have anti-coagulation and blood-activating effects.
