目的进行翻白草Potentilla discolor种质资源的遗传多样性研究。方法对12份翻白草种质进行ISSR分析。利用POPGENE 1.32软件分析遗传相似系数,UPGMA方法聚类,构建亲缘关系系统图。结果12条引物共得到128条扩增条带,其中有101条呈现多态性,占78.91%。遗传相似系数变化范围0.1792~0.6325。聚类结果显示翻白草种质亲缘关系与地理分布有一定相关性,可以看出来源于同一地区的部分翻白草种质聚在一起,呈现出一定的地域性分布规律。结论翻白草的遗传多样性水平较高,种质间的亲缘关系和地理位置有一定关系。
Objective To study the genetic diversity of Potentilla discolor germplasm resources. Methods ISSR analysis was conducted on 12 accessions of P. chinensis. Using POPGENE 1.32 software to analyze the genetic similarity coefficient, UPGMA method clustering, build the system of genetic relationship. Results A total of 128 amplified bands were obtained from 12 primers, of which 101 were polymorphic, accounting for 78.91%. The genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0.1792 to 0.6325. The clustering results showed that there was a certain correlation between the genetic relationship and geographic distribution of P. chinensis germplasm. It can be seen that part of the P. viridis germplasm originating from the same area was clustered together and exhibited a certain regional distribution pattern. Conclusion The genetic diversity of P. chinensis is high, and there is a certain relationship between the genetic relationship between the germplasm and geographical location.
