There are few studies on the determination of serum CA125 in esophageal and cardiac cancer patients. We used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (EIJSA) to measure serum CA125 concentrations in 62 cases of esophageal and cardiac cancers and compared them with 73 healthy people to explore changes.
