现役井架由于现场因素,其承载能力都有不同程度的降低,为此,我们在现场测试数据的基础上,应用最小二乘法原理,线性回归推算出井架在大载荷下的应力,并对推算结果进行检验,以确保推算应力的准确性;利用结构抗力—荷载响应干涉理论对井架进行可靠性评估,并且在评估方法中考虑了标准偏差的修正问题,在实例中还作了修正前、后井架可靠指标的比较,使得井架承载能力的评估更为准确。在上述方法基础上,编制了从现场测试到最后评估出其承载能力的一整套软件,使得现役井架的可靠性评估工作快速、方便而又准确,及时避免可能的事故发生。文中还介绍了该系统在大天7 井、茨竹1 井的使用实例,取得了满意的结果。
Because of the on-the-spot factor, the carrying capacity of active derrick has been reduced in varying degrees. Therefore, based on the field test data, we apply the principle of least square method and linear regression to calculate the stress of derrick under heavy load. The reliability of the derrick is evaluated by using the theory of structural resistance and load response interference, and the correction of standard deviation is taken into account in the assessment method. In the example, the correction of the front and rear derricks The comparison of reliable indicators makes the evaluation of derrick bearing capacity more accurate. On the basis of the above methods, a set of software is developed to evaluate the carrying capacity of the derrick from the field test to the final assessment, which makes the assessment of the reliability of active derrick fast, convenient and accurate, and avoids possible accidents in time. The article also introduces the use of this system in the well Tian 7, Czhu 1 well, and achieved satisfactory results.
