一、前言在炼油工艺设备制造、管道安装和装置检修中,经常碰到异种钢焊接问题,国内外对某类异种钢接头已作过长期的试验研究。在我们的工作中经常碰到的有以下几类:碳钢与高合金钢、复合钢板与碳钢或普低钢管、碳钢与低合金钢或普低钢等,还有为便于施工省去热处理工序,Cr5M_o钢管接头(包括炉管),普遍采用奥氏体不锈钢类型焊条焊接。异种钢焊接,是要将化学成份、物理性能、金属组织完全不同的两种材料焊接在一起,为保证焊缝金属的化学稳定性及机械性能,就必须正确选择焊接方法和填充材料。
