随着教育改革的深入发展,学校体育面临着新的挑战和发展机遇。体育与健康课程标准的颁布,为学校体育教学指明了方向。新的教学理念、新的教材选择和新的评价体系的建立,对体育教师提出了更高、更新的要求。这就需要迅速走进新课程、理解新课程。怎样保留传统教学的优势,吸取新课程中的精髓,尽快地适应课程变革需要,是当今体育教师思考的问题。新的《体育与健康课程标准》倡导“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式,鼓励学生合作学习,促进学生之间的相互交流、共同发展,促进师生教学相长。合作是一个互动的过程,它不仅是师生互动,也是学生间互动的一种形式。在深入课题研究的同时,坚持以“健康第一”的指导思想,力求学生生理、心理、身体和谐发展,将“课、操、活动”融为一体;面向全体学生,关注每一位学生的发展。重点研究小学生在学习过程中合作学习评价。
