目的分析低钠血症与肿瘤标志物联合检测对恶性肿瘤的诊断意义。方法采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清钠。应用免疫法选择性测定肿瘤标志物。结果本组60例,中度低钠血症51例,重度低钠血症9例,肿瘤标志物:AFP、CEA、CA125、CA15-3、CA19-9和PSA分别对原发性肝癌,大肠癌、卵巢癌、乳腺癌;胰腺癌及胆管癌和前列腺癌具有特异性。4例未明确诊断者达到明确诊断。结论血清钠与肿瘤标志物联合检测可提高隐性肿瘤诊断率,并为临床治疗提供指导依据。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of combined detection of hyponatremia and tumor markers in malignant tumors. Methods The serum sodium was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Immunoassay for the Selective Determination of Tumor Markers. Results The group of 60 patients with moderate hyponatremia in 51 cases, 9 cases of severe hyponatremia, tumor markers: AFP, CEA, CA125, CA15-3, CA19-9 and PSA were on the primary liver cancer, large intestine Cancer, ovarian cancer, breast cancer; pancreatic cancer and cholangiocarcinoma and prostate cancer are specific. 4 cases were not diagnosed to achieve a clear diagnosis. Conclusion Serum sodium and tumor markers combined detection can improve the diagnosis of occult tumors, and provide a guide for clinical treatment.
