激光透射连接异种生物相容性材料在生物医学植入体中具有良好的应用前景。本文采用振镜扫描激光连接系统进行了0.1 mm聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)薄膜与0.1 mm 316L不锈钢薄板之间的激光透射连接试验。采用开环控制和闭环控制分析温度对连接质量的影响,使用光学显微镜对接头形貌进行观测。开环控制得到了激光透射连接过程的工艺参数窗口,并通过高温计分析出获得较好连接质量时的温度范围;在开环控制得到温度基础上采用闭环控制,所得的试验结果证明振镜扫描系统中闭环控制在激光透射连接过程中能得到更好的连接质量,更具有优势。
Laser transillumination of xenobiocompatible materials has good application prospects in biomedical implants. In this paper, a laser transmission connection test between a 0.1 mm polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film and a 0.1 mm 316L stainless steel sheet was carried out by galvanometer scanning laser connection system. Open-loop control and closed-loop control were used to analyze the influence of temperature on the quality of the connection, and the appearance of the joint was observed by optical microscope. Open-loop control has been the process of laser transmission connection process parameters window, and through the pyrometer to obtain a good connection quality temperature range; open-loop control based on the use of closed-loop temperature control, the results obtained show galvanometer scanning Closed-loop control system in the laser transmission connection can get better connection quality, more advantages.
