本研究用问卷对235名教师进行了为期6个月的追踪调查,研究采用交叉时序滞后设计,考察了高中教师职业幸福感与两种资源(个人资源、组织资源)的相互预测关系。结果表明,在同步相关一致的前提下,个人资源(前测)能显著地预测职业幸福感(后测),职业幸福感(前测)对个人资源(后测)无显著预测意义,这说明个人资源是职业幸福感的前因变量。而组织资源(前测)对职业幸福感(后测)无显著预测意义;职业幸福感(前测)对组织资源(后测)也无显著预测意义,因此不能发现组织资源和职业幸福感间存在因果关系。
In the present study, 235 teachers were followed up for 6 months with a questionnaire. The study used crossover time lag design to examine the mutual prediction of occupational well-being among high school teachers and two kinds of resources (personal resources and organizational resources). The results show that personal resources (pre-test) can significantly predict occupational well-being (post-test) and occupational well-being (pretest) have no significant predictive significance for personal resources Personal resources are antecedents of occupational happiness. Organizational well-being (pretest) had no significant predictive value for occupational well-being (posttest); occupational well-being (pretest) had no significant predictive value for organizational resources (posttest), so organizational resources and occupational well-being There is a causal relationship.
