根据表面活性剂具有胶束增敏的作用,发现十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)在pH为11.0的三酸缓冲溶液中,对番茄红素的荧光有增敏作用,据此实现了对其灵敏的检测。试验分别对表面活性剂及用量、介质pH、温度及放置时间进行了探讨,选择最佳试验条件,建立了用增敏荧光法测定番茄红素含量的新方法。该方法的线性范围为9.7μg/mL~85.9μg/mL,检出限为:1.1μg/mL。方法用于番茄红素含量的测定,结果令人满意。
According to the role of surfactant micelle sensitization, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) was found to sensitize to the fluorescence of lycopene in a tris-buffered solution of pH 11.0 Achieved its sensitive detection.
