对尿中1－羟基芘（1－OH芘）的测定方法进行了研究与改进。采用PT－C(18)小柱对水解后的尿样富集，再以甲醇洗脱，减压浓缩后通过反相高压液相色谱（HPLC）分离，荧光分光光度法测定。1－OH芘检出限为0．05ng，方法回收率可达97．6％～98．8％，测定结果用尿比重法校正。
The method of determination of 1-hydroxypyrene (1-OH-pyrene) in urine was studied and improved. The urine samples were enriched with PT-C (18) column and eluted with methanol. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure and separated by RP-HPLC. Fluorescence spectrophotometry was used. The detection limit of 1-OH-pyrene was 0.05ng. The recovery rate was 97.6% -98.8%. The determination results were corrected by the urine specific gravity method.
