浙江仙居抽水蓄能电站钢岔管模型采用宝钢产的800 MPa级高强钢设计制作,通过在岔管上布置一定的电阻应变片和位移传感器,对其进行水压试验和爆破试验,得到岔管的应力分布和变形情况,与设计院的有限元计算数值相比较,将计算值和试验数值进行比对分析,并对钢岔管进行加压直至爆裂,为仙居抽水蓄能电站钢岔管的最终设计提供试验依据。
The steel bifurcation pipe model of Zhejiang Xianju Pumped Storage Power Station is designed and manufactured by Baosteel 800MPa high strength steel. Hydraulic resistance test and blasting test are carried out by arranging certain resistance strain gauges and displacement sensors on the bifurcation pipe. The stress distribution and deformation of the pipe were compared with those of the design institute. The calculated values were compared with the experimental values, and the steel bifurcated pipe was pressurized until it burst. It was taken as the steel for the Xianju Pumped Storage Power Station The final design of the pipe provides the test basis.
