针对担负多种综合利用要求的流域梯级水电站群,提出了满足各种综合利用要求约束的中长期优化调度数学模型,考虑到综合利用约束与常规约束条件的不同之处,采用一种POA改进算法求解模型。并将该模型应用于红水河流域梯级电站群,计算结果合理,方法可靠有效,提高了梯级水电站的经济效益和综合利用效益。
Aiming at the cascade hydropower stations in the basin that are responsible for a variety of comprehensive utilization requirements, a mathematic model of medium and long-term optimization scheduling that meets the constraints of various comprehensive utilization requirements is proposed. Taking into account the difference between the comprehensive utilization constraint and the conventional constraint, a POA improvement algorithm Solve the model. The model is applied to cascade hydropower stations in Hongshui River Basin. The calculation results are reasonable and the method is reliable and effective, which improves the economic benefits and comprehensive utilization benefits of cascade hydropower stations.
