磁光传感是研究应用介质的法拉第效应检测外界磁场和电流的一种新型传感技术。本文研究的光纤磁光传感系统以稀土石榴石单晶薄膜为磁光介质。可检测≤10mT 的交直流磁场及相应的电流。线性度≤±1.5%,误差≤1.5%(满度)。
Magneto-optical sensing is a novel sensing technique that studies the Faraday effect of applied medium to detect external magnetic field and current. The optical fiber magneto-optical sensing system studied in this paper uses rare earth garnet single crystal film as the magneto-optical medium. Can detect ≤ 10mT AC and DC magnetic field and the corresponding current. Linearity ≤ ± 1.5%, error ≤ 1.5% (full scale).
