CARB柱萃取气相色谱法快速测定桑茶中7种菊酯类农药

目的:建立气相色谱测定桑叶茶中7种菊酯类农药的方法。方法:采用丙酮-正已烷提取,CARB柱固相萃取净化,经CP5毛细管柱分离,ECD检测器对7种菊酯类农药进行检测。结果:7种菊酯类农药的最小检测浓度为0.0015~0.0063 mg/kg,加标回收率为:90.8%~95.3%。结论:该方法操作时简单实用、净化效果好、回收率高,适合于桑叶茶中多种残留菊酯类农药残留的测定。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of seven pyrethroid pesticides in mulberry leaf tea by gas chromatography. Methods: Acetone-n-hexane extraction and CARB column solid-phase extraction were used to purify. Seven pyrethroid pesticides were separated by CP5 capillary column and detected by ECD detector. Results: The minimum detectable concentration of 7 kinds of pyrethroid pesticides was 0.0015-0.0063 mg / kg, and the recoveries were 90.8% -95.3%. Conclusion: The method is simple and practical in operation, has good purification effect and high recovery rate, and is suitable for the determination of residues of various pyrethroid pesticides in mulberry leaf tea.
